Mostly when I wake up in the morning I have a sore and aching back most times, my back really acts up if I had a hectic work day or stay up late in the night. I tried many home remedies and exercises to take care of the same but to no avail. It came to the position where I had to take external help and decided to buy a massage chair. But I found that they were very expensive and some were even in the range of $2000. This was really out of my budget, spending $2,000 bucks for getting my back relaxed! It was ridiculous.

Any Complaints?
I could not find many complaints of this back massager over the net. However, some people with short height were unable to adjust the shoulder massager to align with their shoulders even at the lowest level. This can be easily sorted out by keeping a cushion of desired hight on the massager cushion as suggested by another user, and it still works as beautifully.
